Balaji Chandru known from AM Chandrasekhar as he was in the Balaji Tele Films, Bangalore Branch from the inception of Ektha Kapoor Empire has passed away. An experienced production manager of Kannada films and Television industry worked with sincerity and always looked at the good atmosphere in his camps.

A quiet and submissive personality Chandrasekhar believed in ‘Work is Worship’ theory. He was instrumental in building the regional branch of Balaji Tele Films of Mumbai.

Balaji Chandu sudden demise at the age of 53 is shocking. He leaves behind wife Padmini and son Mithil.  He worked for Ithihasa, Kavyanjali, Kannadi, Kavaludaari, Kapicheste, Kshana Kshana, Kumkuma Bhagya, Kanyadaana, Kadambari, Kankana, Kadiruve Ninagaagi, Kalyanee and Yugadi to name a few of the television serials.
